No information is recorded manually by me. Certain information, including but not limited to phone numbers, may be saved to my password-protected mobile phone in order to facilitate communication. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and I cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. Your data will be held by the above-mentioned program in perpetuity, or until I go out of business.
